Ｑ: Nothing happens when the power is connected, and the machine cannot be turned on?

A: Confirm whether there is electricity or good contact with the outside.

Ｑ: When the power is connected and the machine is turned on, there is no signal output from the booth?

A: The resolution of the booth and the display device do not match, adjust the rear resolution switch according to different models or adjust it through the menu;

A: Change a monitor or VGA cable to determine whether the problem lies in the booth or the projector or VGA cable;

A: Connect the RGB input to the computer signal, and then press the RGB IN button to switch the signal to determine if there is a problem with the booth itself.

Ｑ: VGA output has black borders (generally it only appears on LCD monitors or projectors, CRT monitors generally do not have this phenomenon).

A: Execute the automatic image adjustment function of the projector or liquid crystal display;

A: Switch the output resolution of the booth and try it.

Ｑ: When VGA switches the computer signal, it is found that the edges of the characters are not clear.

A: The output resolution of the computer and the resolution of the projector are different, please change the output resolution of the computer;

A: Because the projector is set with keystone correction, please consult the projector supplier for this question.

Ｑ: The brightness is not enough, it is too dark, and there is no response after adjusting it?

A: It may be related to the aging of the lamp of the projector itself, you can try it with a monitor;

A: The ambient light is too dark, please turn on the irradiation lights of the booth.

Ｑ: Serious color cast

A: Generally, LCD projectors rarely have this phenomenon. You can connect a CRT monitor to compare whether it is a booth or projector problem.

A: Reconnect the signal cable to determine whether the signal interface is in poor contact and lack of color.

A: If this model has a menu function, the color parameters can be adjusted through the menu.

Ｑ: The sharpness is not enough, it is very fuzzy

A: Is it clear with manual gathering? If it is clear, but the automatic gathering becomes blurred, it means that there is a problem with the booth.

A: The projector is not set up to gather.

A: Check whether there is a problem with the signal cable or the signal attenuation caused by the signal cable being too long.

Ｑ: No output after switching the external computer signal

A: Is the output resolution of the computer mismatched with the resolution of the projector? Connect the computer signal directly to the projector to confirm the fault range.

Ｑ: The notebook is input to the showcase and then output from the showcase to the projector. No display or the projector prompts

A: The frequency is outside the acceptable range.

A: Whether the laptop is switched to projection mode;

A: Please adjust to the highest resolution supported by the showcase or display device in [Screen Resolution]. For Win7 system, you also need to select [Copy These Displays] in the [Multi-Monitor] column.
